Refund Policy Notice
There are no refunds. However, a member can cancel their membership or subscription at any time. This means that the next billing cycle will not need to be paid and your membership will effectively be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Anything already paid for will not be refunded. This is because we depend on payment to keep the clinic open and we pay for goods, services, and contract work in advance.
Products already shipped should never be returned. We do not accept medication returns. Unused medications should be disposed of according to your state laws.
